I'll have to tell my brother about this new forum... he's probably bored with the other XX forums that have thousands of members and tens of thousands of posts

I 'HAD' one in '97 when they first came out.
I rode it through Mt and on to Banff and Vanc.
I crashed and totaled it that same year, but I still had a '95 CBR1000 in the stable, but NO car.
When I was ready to buy a new bike in 99, it was another XX, or the new Busa.

My 98 xx went 80000 miles no problems ...just gas,oil,tires and a chain....til I wrecked it. Great bike.

Honda make a 1400?? not there style. It'll probably be a 1200 with 180hp that rails around the 'Busa and ZX14 in the corners. Now thats the Blackbird style I remember. It's too bad Honda doesn't get into the HP wars with the Kaw and Zuki, would force them to pick different aspects to focus on besides sheer power I bet. But for now Kawi is King!
