Very cool pic of the road in your area- I'm coming to visit.
Besides riding at home, I have done some riding in Thailand and South America. So I've seen great roads with little tiny guard rails before, just like in the pic you posted!!

Fish- get yer house sold so we have some play money for the trip....
Avocatt- do you have more pics of where you live? When I was in SE Asia in 2003, I went South from Bangkok to Chaing Mai (where I rented a bike and rode around from) and then over to Laos and Cambodia, but never made it south of Bangkok and never got the the beach!!! I really would love to come back and head south to the beach and into Malaysia. Whereabouts are you? Were you affected by the Tsunami in Dec?

Unfortunately, some of your pics failed.
Have you met David Unkovich out your way? I met many expats in Thailand, he was sort of the ringleader and a very nice guy. I believe he travels extensively in SE Asia, doing tours, hanging out, drawing up maps- he put out the very best map of the Golden Triangle that I could find. He does not usually travel by crotch rocket though, so it is possible your paths may never have crossed.
ps- I'm a sis, not a bro

Motorcycle Jessica from Canada.... sorry, don't know her. I guess I deserve that for asking if you know David Unkovich, who lives a country away... if you do head up to Thailand at all, you should check him out at http://www.gt-rider.com/davidu.html and his forum at http://www.gt-rider.com/.
Anyways, enjoy Bikeland. Post pics from your rides and seriously, one day we will come to visit...

No, I'm sorry, you didn't intend to be sarcastic, but I did- there used to be a beer commercial in Canada about an American who comes up and asks a Canadian at a party if he knows Dave, from Toronto, who works in an office and plays hockey and the Canadian says "oh, Office Dave.... yah he died" and then walks away. It may not sound like it but it was pretty funny, despite being a bit morbid. Anyways.... play safe at Sepang... have fun.
