I had fun with everyone.
There really was too much going on to be honest.
I wanted to do everything, but ended up hanging at the camp most of the time.
Worked for me.

biggar - Hey!
I am sorry i didn't get to sy goodbye to you.
Dino kinda rolled out on me - and since we hadn't been to your camp - we didn't know where to meet up.
Dino said you were going to ride with them, not us - so we just headed out on our way.
Would have loved to have been able to say goodbye to everyone.
Didn't mean to take off - just didn't know where you were!

I would have taked to Ben - i think it is important to be nice to people.
I know sometimes it is hard.
But if he was trying to be nice and talk to you - I think you should spend the 2 min to be nice back.
It doesn't take too much effort or time.
(I hope you weren't wearing your bikeland shirt when you snubbed him, redelk.)

No way, oh sweetest of hilltop maidens. I was wearing a lowly BMR shirt.

Slow is a relative term, just when you think you are fast, there is someone that is way faster unless you are Valentino Rossi (which I highly doubt). So in a sense we are all slow. The more you talk about how fast you are the more embarrassing it is going to be when someone really hands you your ass.

Wrong!
I pointed right at their camp and said "we are meeting over there at Gar and Fleas, they are waiting for us".

I have had the pleasure of being passed by lots of fast guys. That's how I know I'm slow. Doesn't stop me from trying though.

damnit, i'm pretty bummed that i didnt get to chat with u redelk. just saw u for what... 2 minutes? tried to find your camp later on but didnt know what ur RV looked like and couldnt recognize any people or bikes. we seriously need to get a more central area for all bikeland/lab attendees next year. too spread out.
and kerry u buttmunch! i never got to meet u. screw the customers, u'r at motoGP! ur customers should be fucking honoured that their supplier si such a motorcycling enthusiast that he decides to take the time to attend races & hang with fellow riders rather than slave away in a warehouse. or at least i think so
i defintiely had an awesome time. dont know that there is anything i would rather have done for my first vacation in 4 years.big thumbs up to everyone that came, and a bunch of people i met while there, including buddy who took me to his nearby house to get a net connection and the wireless card installed on teh laptop. that was above & beyond.
i think biggar put it perfectly. 100 things to do and people to see, but not nearly enough time for it all. prolyl 100 people i shoudl send shout outs or thanks to too, but can't even remember half of it cause so much happened during the trip. hope next year happens for me again. can't wait.

Jonathan - So easy to say, yet so hard to do. We'll meet soon enough. But I have definetly made a promise to myself (and E-Boz. He was at the shop today and I told him I missed his win.........) that next year I'm staying through Monday!
Red - Keep on writing. I truly enjoy reading your dribble....
Ted - Fast is also a relative term. Fast to one, is slow another... The fastest talkers are normally the best bench racers. And they're always safe from being found out, as long as they don't leave the bench.... Of course there's always the excuses as well. Two good ones are - "I was breakin-in new tires and/or warming them up when ya came on by", or "I was just chillin, were ya going fast?" Honestly, who really cares if you're fast or slow. Unless you're on the racetrack, it's all good. Everybody just enjoy and be safe as ya can.

So true my wise princess. Alas, I guess that's why I'm a "elitist prick". I'll work on it.

frEEk, you know if we had stood there much longer, it would have gone from a delightful conversation to another redelk bloviating session of mindless ramblings.
As for finding us atop the F Campground, I'm sure that it was more than a challenge. If you had remembered the old pics of my lil' black Wells Cargo trailer, you might have faired better. It was attached to the RV. Who knows. Depending on the entry fees, the next time we come out there, you can visit us in the paddock area. If not, we'll likely be back at the F Campground since Fox Hill isn't really RV friendly. ;p
Dino, I do regret not being able to go over and visit with Gar and Flea. Since we got busted for not having a license plate on our pit scooter, our "mobility" was greatly restricted. After hoofin' it back to the RV that night and finding the gate locked (had to slide under the fence where the drainage ditch ran under the fence), I couldn't see myself "jogging" back up Fox Hill again. At least not without two or three smoke breaks along the way.
Red - Keep on writing. I truly enjoy reading your dribble....
Kerry, thank you, sir. I also feel bad for not even trying to find your booth (assuming you had one). I didn't spend a whole lot of time in the "market place" except to buy a "Racer Girl" and "Fast Kitty" t-shirts for my 27 year old daughter. She just finished her MSF two day Beginner Rider course and passed with flying colors. I guess all that "pre-course training" I did with her before she went actually paid off. Especially the stopping on steep uphills part(loved hearing her cuss). I figure next year we'll work on getting her a CMRA Prov Nov license. Okay, maybe not next year, but soon.

in all fairness they werent _that_ bad. they cleaned them more than once on the weekend. they were cleaner during the weekend than on wed eve in any case. the portable units in the archery range camping were a bit of a joke tho. rediculousy tiny and u had to keep a lever pulled to turn them on. how u supposed to wash up with one hand? better than nothing tho. the normal (non-portable) showers were too damn hot tho. defintiely one complaint i never woudl have expected.
