Fun ride today
Nothing crazy, just a nice ride. Left my place, headed west on Hwy 16 up to Hwy 3 North.
Went across the Hood Canal Bridge and out to Port Townsend.
Caught the ferry over to Whidbey Island and then took Deception pass back over to the mainland.
Then checked the time. Not enought to do Chuckanut again (damn!) went ahead and headed over to Bothell for the afternoon appointment. Man, gotta tell you, going home on 405 South SUCKS! About a zillion cars, very dangerous. Down to I90, right into the setting sun, more suckage...Across Lake Washinton and then 5 South to West Seattle Bridge, over to the Fauntleroy ferry. Yah, it was a good ride, nice weather. Gets cold once the sun goes down tho...
