ditto...you'd think that one of the deputies would've spoken up about the legality of the police-action...but in a 'small-town' department (bt viirtue of the 300 to seven ratio) each deputy probably did whatever it took to remain gainfully employed by the department, that is, they followed orders...still, if a successful lawsuit is brought on the department, each and everyone one of them will somehow 'pay' one way or the other...

Why would I follow this link? Especially when none of the local dual sporters on this forum will even buy a ticket to for a dinner to help support the LOCAL dual sport club.
