That ATV engine only has 49 hp... and that may be crankshaft hp, I have seen values as low as 31 hp at the rear wheels, with the hp peak incidentally being way down at 2400 rpm... certainly "as is" it would be a huge disappointment as a motorcycle engine, even for a cruiser. For a mid-displacement V-Twin I'd much rather see something based on the ZX-10R or 12R... would be way more powerful.
