zzr 1200 motor

hi Doug
regardless of what power my zx 1137cc makes this year i am thinking of a new project
i am fairly certain the 12 motor is going to drop straight into the 11 chassis
so locate motor from the breakers and subject it to the following
crank lightened, balanced, with carrillo rods, and remove balance shaft
muzzy 2 mm oversize 1223cc piston kit
muzzy x1 cams from new billet
head ported, and flowed i assume to same formula as zx11 heads
39mm flatslides, and race ex system
this would have to give plenty of bottom and mid range for the road
any ideas what hp figures might be achievable ?
i think this would achieve more than a 1198cc muzzy big block for my own motor, what are your thoughts ???

I think you're on the right track- except don't waste your money on the aftermarket rods. Use the X3 cams, and don't get carried away with the head. You should see 180+
