If they get it to hook up with this "special" tire that they are putting on it from the factory, then it autta be quick out of the corners. No ?

So, Extremelean.... What's the deal? Didn't youz guyz ever shift the ZX10 to 4th gear when youz was testin it? Or is the problem not really that common?

I wouldn't look to EL for an answer there. It's not like he's at the factory in Japan. The real answer lies with the factory development riders...If there are any... We had lots of footage, and even a special book for the 12R, why not the same kind of backstory for the 10R?

I didn't mean anything bad about XL. Just curious How it could take so long down the line of the prototype, pre-production, pilot-production process before it would show up. Or if it is something that would not really be typical of the bike and just something that shows up on occsionally bikes and only under "abusive" situations. What seemed to be reported was that it only happened under full power clutchless shifts, between 3rd and 4th. Maybe this could be why I don't do good at drag racing but I NEVER shift without bliping the throttle on upshifts if I don't use the clutch.
