ZX10R fuel tank??? I guess I don't understand the fuel tank press release info. It says "The top surface of the fuel tank is concave, making it easier to tuck in behind the fairing and increasing rider comfort during high-performance riding."
I do understand that if the center is lower than a person can tuck down lower, BUT what good does the high "rib" areas do? They don't hold fuel, so why even have them? Looks to me to be nothing more than a styling thing with some bullshit techno talk attached.
That being said, I think the bike is awesome.
Hope it kicks the HondaYamaZuki's right off the track.
Hope they don't sell for shit though. Would love to pick one up for a grand under dealer in 12 months!!!!

hehe, i kept thinking the exact same thing. gotta be styling as u suggest. dont think there would be much if any aerodynamic purpose seeing as hwo it's behind the screen anyway.
