new to an 08 10R

Hey guys. I'm not new to bikes at all but I am picking up a new to me 2008 clean 10R. I currently have a 2000 zx12r which was very healthy until the the bottom end siezed up. It was running 175hp to the rear. I'm added a new hot bodies slip on with BMC race filters and will be having the ecu flashed with a custom tune. We are going to erase the top speed.gov. , slightly raise the rev limiter and advance the timing.

I haven't even rode this bike yet and have never ridden a 10R before. I would love to have your comments on how this thing is going to feel especially with the reflashed and custom tuned ecu.

Is there any we secrets to this bike or anything g to watch out for. Thank u in advance for any knowledge and good advise.

I have an orange 08 - basically completely stock. I've done all my other bikes up but have left the 10R stock. damn easy bike to ride. Love it.
