Buyer Beware CJMoto
Just wanted to share my experience with the rest of you. I tried to buy some DMV Axle blocks from these dudes.I put my order in back in March. Weeks went bye without any updates at all. Anytime I wanted to know what was going on I had to send a email and wait days to weeks for them to get back with me. I received various excuses...like..for some reason they didn't come with the last order. We are waiting for the next shipement. It should be any day now...etc..etc. They don't stock what they sell. Then about 2 months later I recieved an email that my order had been shipped. They sent me Titanium colored axle blocks for a 2009 Kaw Versus. I had saved a copy of my original invoice which Cleary stated...Gold Axle Blocks for a ZX10R. I also ordered Rizoma grips too for my ZX10R. Not to mention I talked with one of those fools on the phone twice. Then they told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that's what I ordered...basically calling me a liar. I had to send back the blocks and eat the shipping cost. After all that I get an email....do you want gold axle blocks for your ZX10R or a refund....are you kidding me? Of course I want them. That's what I ordered. After sending an email back telling them for the 15th time I wanted them I recieved a check in the mail for a refund. Total amateurs. Worst customer service I have ever recieved in 25 years of buying parts for my bikes. You want real customer service buy from Riders Discount,Motovation, Pashinet, or Kneedraggers. These people will go out of there way to help you and never argue with you or accuse you of lying......end of my rant....
