I've mirrored this thread into the ZX10R Zone.

For those of you who dont know... it's part of the site and it's in the main index.... I expect it will be filling up pretty quickly here in the next few months as the release of the bike is pending.

My sources tell me that everything is a done deal, right down to color.

The only thing left hanging is the name.. and I have some pretty good guesses...

I always thought it was gonna be, "ZX-10RR", or maybe just one "R".

All of the photoshopped images seem to be saying only one "R".

As long as it's a Gixxer 1K killer, I'll be happy.

How about: YOROIDOSHI?   It's an armor piercing knife, with a blade length of less than 12 inches.

It sounds EVIL.

So that is what the beach boys were talking about when they sang of a 'bushi-bushi-hare-do'. But what was a double throw down warrior rabbit doing in Southern California??

It's gonna have to spank gixxers, as the "dinosuar" 7r still does with a good tuner.

As for the R1, I anticipate Yamaha will be forced to make a litre bike that can handle better than a '48 coupe in the next season or so. Is it just me, or is anyone else tired of watching them get picked up off the racetack?
