yup the 1st race was standard 9/10th's started from 1st the second video I posted was a 2nd gear roll on and he beat me, the zx10 dogged outta the hole, to low of rpms

Good job Garth,we did a simular test 3 weeks ago here in SAfrica,seemed like nobody believed us.Tell those BMW guys they must ask the boys in Johannesburg a senior member on there site , a Zx10 (250KM on the clock) with slip on ran all the way to limiter 300km/h with a modified Bm,Head,cams,full pipe,bst wheels,riders weighed the same both good riders.We will post a video if we pick them up on the road again.
You can race the modded BM it wont touch you.

I bought a shorter 1st gear for my 05' from Schnitz Racing a while back but tossed the bike off my trailer while on my way to the track and was just so glad to get the bike back together I never put it in to see what a difference they said it would make. Just spend $300-$400 bucks and degree the cams and be done with it. A lot cheaper than putting in 1st gear....

If I decide to get the 2012 I'm going to send the ECU to Guhl, get a slip on, PCV and degree the cams then let the monster scream! I love my 09' so damn much though.... you're tempting me Garth! My wife says I'm trying to convince myself that I love my 09' as much as I say I do and I'm not fooling her because shes waiting to open the garage and see a new 10R any day now.. LOL... But I really do love the shit out of it!
