aint no one mad over here? why you mad? you dont like my question?
----A little testy there, simmer down there buddy. It wasn't a loaded question, it just seems like you have something against the 10....or maybe Kawasaki? Sucks that they are pulling the 10s back but I'd rather that happen then have someone blow a motor or get hurt. These are 300 kph vehicles....bad shit can happen if everything isnt' just right.
what if you dont wanna give it back?
-----I'm sure if you have a 2011 ZX-10R and don't want to give it back you don't. You have that right. Once its rolled a wheel off the dealer floor its used and as long as you are making payments on time what can someone do....MAKE you give it back? No....but it does seem like you have some sort of chip on your shoulder for some reason.

Dude, what are you talking about? Its your website, do as you wish. I'm just not getting where you're coming from with all this...or more importantly where you are going with it.
I thought I addressed the issue but I'm sure if you bought one and didn't want to return it thats on you. But why wouldn't you? Just to say "Hey Kawasaki, fuck you!"?? I suppose you could but what if you're skipping out on something important?? Gotta be pretty important if they want the bikes back, right?

THATS a good question WHAT happens if you keep it ? I was a KAW dealer for 15 years and I would guess they would probably not want to honor the warranty BUT I dont think you would be forced to sell it back

Ya, SteveWFL says that Sanford and Son come back and pickup your bike - but personally - I think KHI sends these MOFO's instead.
Anyway, their warranty might as well be non-existant, since they don't much honor their claims or backup their product. My 2009 Connie blew up 500 ft away from the dealer and they would not exchange the bike...despite my calling them myself. My dealer ate the claim and exchanged it for me on his own dime and took the hit when he sold a repaired bike. Try getting Kawasaki to replace their shitty constantly warping rotors...fucking joke.

Then you keep it. Sounds like the choice they are giving the 20 or so guys that got 'em is give it back, get your money back, and get first dibs on a new bike once the problem or problems are worked out, or they "recommend" you keep the bike below 6k rpms, lol , and you get a new engine when shit is sorted. Wish Kawi would just come clean with what the issue is. Their silence is giving them a bigger black eye than the truth would, IMO. I've read there is premature and excessive piston wear and possibly an issue with the tranny. 'Course just speculation at this point. That's just what I've read, from guys that have them, on other forums. Take it for what it is worth. If I had one, I'd keep it. Now that the launch is a bust, I'll just wait and buy a leftover, and fixed (hopefully!), zx10r in a couple years for 40% off of msrp.
