Nope - this is a serious topic and fuck if I am going to let him jack it around. He'll be with salsa with one mouse cluck and that's no joke. I'd like to see someone acknowledge verticalscope's mission statement as point out in duc's email - isn't that collusion when a company censors stuff like that?

I guess this begs the question: How did you get your hands on the bike? And secondly did you or anyone agree not to publish something until Kawk gave you a release date or something of that nature in exchange for getting the bike before the rest of the world?

we were invited to shoot the bike which is on display for the public to see. also there is no agreement in place regarding publication. that expired oct 5 2010 (all earlier posted in this lengthy topic)
fyi bike will be available to the public again on this weds at 530pm for all to film, etc.
go figure :/

Thanks for the video(I saw it), the info. on verticalscope controled sites, running a site that respects free speach and pointing out Bullsh*t when you see it. However, this site is only great because of poeple like Shane how go out of their way to help others with free info. they had to learn the hard way.

Fish I understand your passion on the topic, but I don't think banning Shane was justified. I hope you take a xanix and cool off tomorrow. Shane's build thread was one of the reasons I joined Bikeland when I got my ZX-14 2 years ago. You know me from Labusa, I saw how some of members from 8 years ago flamed you about Bikeland on the busa site.. Come on Fish Rule # 1 No Thin skin Allowed Bro. Shane has helped so many memebers here it will be a Big loss to this site if banning Shane is permanent.

Vertical scope trying to control you is , very good info to know it will or should change the way people think , maybe change some buying habit's , like not supporting those site's or manafacture's !
It has changed , the way I will consider future purchess.

Why wouldn't any one take $ 100.000 after the check cleared pm your members tell them of the under handed tactics , build a new web site better than the last !
Maybe I will pay cash for one of the litte things , tear it appart ,photo it put it up on my own web site give you all a link , they can't do shit about it.

Shane's account isn't blocked and it was only blocked for 15 mins - this isn't the fuckin "Shane chronicles" - refresh your browser, clear your cookies or contact us through a contact form but don't spam this topic anymore - that's exactly why you were sitting in the corner with salsa in the first place

I don't know man.... all this happened right before everyone's eyes... now it's too late - people on all those sites cant talk about this shit so I guess we have to rely on the few remaining truly independent sites to stay online and operating.
It's a tough one man - what can I say - I hate to sound like Alex Jones on Infowars, but this isn;t happening, it's happened and now we are fucked.
