The 2008 and up zx14 put out 200 crank hp according to kawi. What rear wheel hp numbers are they putting out? Might give us an idea of what the 11 zx10 is in the ballpark of? And the 06-07 14 was 197 at the crank. Both of those were with ram air added in according to kawi, 10hp worth, so I imagine the new 10 would be the same? like somebody said japanese hp vs german hp lol

I have been one of the lucky few to ride the new '11 thanks to my job. I can't say much other then it will easily give BMW a run for its money in all aspects other then price and will guarantee you it will outperform it $ for $.

200 at the crank for an 08 ? Hell my 08 zx10 just barely broke 160 with a pipe and tune ..

Yes sir but it was a short ride. Got to open her up a few times but was on limited road. Very impressive bike.

I wouldn't get as excited about the 2011 because mcn is saying 185 bhp? But the pictures sure are better. Help for the link please still don't know how to do it?

I hope those wheels are the same as the 06/07 zx10. Then I could put them on my zx14 with a kit from osr.... They look uber light.

MCN said 190 bhp for the BMW so the 10's in the ball park.
