A better race would be with a modified ZX-10R...all motor....a Colby Adams special...

and a sub 160 pound rider....

The supra was anything but stock..

Just a lil vid to show what it takes to overcome a stock liter bike - that's the main point.

Through a couple of these vids - I've found that unless the opponent is putting down 600 RWHP then we don't have much to worry about - until 160 that is, after that it's a different story.

BTW - rider was bout 230 plus gear.

That Supra was bad ass!!!

Good times.

it would have been a far better race if the bike atleast had a pipe/PC/Air filter to let it breath....and a guy that is sub 160lbs....

I wanna see the Muzzy Prepped Turbo ZX10R they built run against that Supra, that would be a race.....Turbo vs Turbo........lol

absolutely...I mean a supra armed to the teeth against a stock motorcycle.....ok nice..but .fair??

want apples to apples ??..let the motorcycle get armed and let the race begin.....just need a rider with the guts to race...

we all know what power to weight is all about...give the Ninja freedom as the supra has and what will happen....bye bye supra......catch me at 210 mph if there is road left and your supra does not blow up.......

Look like a top end race all that money in a supra just to go 189 . Someone could gear up a ZX14 or a Busa & strap it to beat that for way less money,

Oh whoop de do a guy drops...how much, a 100 grand maybe to beat a stone stock 5 year old ZX-10 (maybe $5,000 on Craig's list) which isn't even state of the art anymore? Zx-10 is not the best choice anway if you're going to run a literbike because of tall gearing. Use a Gixxer thou and go from a dead start not a rolling start.

I riding buddy just spent less than $5K on the same blue zx10 with quite a few
mods... cheaper than the Supra I guess

Run that Supra against the 09 liter bikes and lets see the outcome!

I must have 7-8 sprockets I have bought for dragracing .....point is gearing on a literbike is the easiest change to make.....that is a non-issue....if we are talking ZX-10R with mods....

suk is no better....

189 is a shame for a turbo supra that is worth it's salt....the discussion is ZX-10R vs Supra mentioned if I am correct....

like the one in my garage...186 mph stock.....put a muzzy built turbo adding boost for 90 hp (to be conservative) and the Supra becomes chicken soup -aha for said race :
