Hey, Kerry i just noticed that the 08 Kawasaki ZX-10 that you tested with has the 5 spoke wheels that were supposed to come on them from the factory. But for some reason Kawasaki released the public models with the older version wheels. Do you still have the motorcycle or have you given it back to Kawasaki ???

It was a pre-production model that we had for a few months. I do get a few inquires as to how we got one with the 5 spoke wheels..... We see a lot of different stuff on pre-pro bikes from wheels to ECU's. But mostly that comes from some of the pre-pros being from other countries, but with a US spec tune. Other times they are simply that, pre-production or pilot production. Normally the state-of-tune is set at whatever it's going to be in production. But as far as other items, they can change right up to when they are shipping out.

that looks sweet. i put a area p on my 07 zx10 and it went from running 119mph in the 1/8 mile to 122mph. that's a pretty big jump for just a bolt on with the stock header. i was shocked. ap has done there home work on these pipes.

Send it to us. It requires disassembly for a modification to the core to fit the new end cap. While it's apart, we clean, repack with Silent Sport Premium, rebond the end caps, install new hardware.
Cost is $45 - $55 depending on what core size you have now. Turn-around time is one day.
