06 motor in 04 chasis?
Does anyone know if putting an 06 zx10 motor into and 04 chasis is a direct swap or are there any pitfalls?

My wife races an 04 zx10 and owns an 06 zx10 as a streetbike. The 06 makes about 10 more horsepower. She likes the chassis better on her 04, hence the question of swapping engines.

Motor mounts are completely different. Starter clutch is on other side. ECU is different. Probably not an easy swap, but if you have enough energy time and money I'm sure you can do it.
