I ride....and I will atest to the fact that the smackhouse guys ride...Roger and Crashtech, Otis, Ninjaknobslobber...HarryButtMuncher....Redelk, DaveinDaytona, Matt Sterbator, Scooter, and a bunch of others....they are all some riders....have ridden many a TT race with them....will never forget the I-40 TT we had one year, when I almost hit a dead bear cub on the inside with my knee at 140 mph....that was intense...

Its on like donkey kong bitches! To bad I am planning on slowing down next year......on the street anyways. Bill is still placing bets on how long it will take me to drag the bags on my 11.. Do I need to keep the 12 to for another year so I can ride it during the rally. I cant even tell the luggage is on that fucker.

I will let you ride it at the rally, as I will have a new Elka shock on it, and on the 10....along with race tech goodies in the front of the 10......gonna make the 10 handle like its on rails.....lol

Oh yea...................................................................ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you see that 04 10R on ebay last week with the aftermarket bodywork for 5000!!! Would make a killer track bike. Still kicking around a leftover 07 10R. But then I will go down in the garage and see the 12. I want to ride your 10 again. From what I remember it allready is on rails. I want to take it up Blood Mountain!

you are welcome to ride any bike I have Brett you know that....and yes compared to the 12, my 10 handleds like a dam ferrari....I have never had a bike that was as neutral in the sterring department as the 10 is. My 03 ZX6RR was very close, but not quite in the same league.
My 12 handled decently....as does your 01. Raising the rear ride heigth will make it turn in better and hold a line better, but it makes them twitchy if you over do it...Took me a long time to find the combination of ride heigth, and tire profiles on my 10 to make it turn and handle like it does....
If I had a choice between and 04 and an 07 Zx10R...I would take the 04 anyday....I have heard too many complaints about the 06-07 models. I talked to Doug Chandler one day on Arroyo Seco....the track near my house, and he was working on those issues for the factory teams.....seems the Hayden boy was complaining about the front end not giving him enough feedback....
If you ride my 10 up blood mountain, you wont want to ride anything else up there again....
Priced the Elka double clicker for the 01...$795.... hmmmmmmm Might have to see if I can get a deal and buy one for each bike.....putting a triple clicker on the 10 of course.....lol

I'm leaving first of next year to work out of kileen tx , i will be leaving almost as soon as i get there to go work at ft. sill in lawton oklahoma for 8-12 months after that there is a good possibility i will be going to live in germany for 3 years.
I don't think i can swing going for a weeks ride...... wish i could.
