FactoryPro Velocity Stacks... Dynoed & Taken off the Bike!
I just dynoed 2 bikes, an 07 GSXR1000 & an 04 R1. Both lost HUGE amounts of HP!
Took the Factory Pro stacks out & both bikes were restored to full power.
Does anyone have actual dyno results that were positive from these stacks as a mod.
Oh, Hey guys it's been a while! Gonna try to show my face around here alittle more!
Hope all is well!

Just installing them may not be enough; you need tuning with then installed.
Did you try tuning for more power while on the dyno? you did not mention in your post. just asking.
At least they are reported to be worth a couple few ponies on a 2004 ZX-10R.. hope so anyways. I changed out two longer velocity stacks to make them all short; still waiting to fine tune to see if any improvements..I am using Kawasaki velocity stacks.. just $20.00 for two short ones...

it is common to lose horsepower on the dyno but gain mph on the street..

I don't have that problem too often.
It's usually the case when the tuner doesn't know how to tune.
He'll maximize dyno #'s & the bike will be lean on the street.
That was not the case here either. The bikes were "Significantly" Slower on the street, confirming what the Dyno had proved.

take the stacks off, pack them up and cart the 10R off to the dealer... change it out for a 1098 ..
problem solved ... instant power

I would but, I dragged my feet on the 1098. Now, there's none left. I'm waitin' for the 08's !
That is the correct answer though!
