Too much nitrous?
I have a friend that says a dry 50 shot is as much nitrous as you can throw at a new liter bike without blowing it up. I was going to do a dry 60 shot with a nitrous progressive controller and retard the timing 2 degrees. I know there are people here that would know.

If you want your engine to last I would say a 30 dry shot is about as much as I would run! 40 TOPS! You have to remember that with a dry shot its easy to melt holes in the pistons. This is because your not adding fuel to compensate for the heat generated by the nitrous! I mean you will wanna fatten up the highend with your PowerCommander or whatever but thats all you can do. Also remember that a 40 shot on a bike is like a 200 shot on a car! Its ALOT of power real Quick.

I have the Muzzy Dry NOS kit on my 2004 ZX-10R and it dyno's around 207hp/ 107trq at the rear wheel. Had it setup with DynoJet PC3 and Ignition module with dual mappings with nitrous and without. So the nitrous mapping is much richer above 6500rpm which is the lowest rpm its setup to allow its release, and the timing retards 2 degrees also. I had this setup with the 50HP jet.
