zx10

Hi guys new to this site after a bit of info here have a zx9r at present thinking of changeing it for a 05zx10r have been doing a bit of reading up on the 10 seems there is a lot of conflicting stories about this bike everyone saying its really quick problem is i have read that the finish on the bike is not great and if your carryin a pillion then they are prone to wearin away the paint at the back seat is this true as i will be carrying a pillon most times.I have over twenty years experience of riding so the stories of the way the bike handles do not put me of as im sure i can get the bike set up the way i would want it any advice would be great good site by the way cheers.

You will enjoy the ZX-10R for all it's extra power and handling ; even comfort for one is good..

for two up the ZX-9 should be better I would guess as the ZX-10R is defintely not for passenger comfort...It's built for one..if your ZX-9 does a good job with passenger and that is a priority over more power then you will likely be dissapointed with a ZX-10R..

I suggest you reorginize your priorities..

Get it anyways!! :d :d :d
