accelerator pump feature for pcIII usb

Has anyone downloaded the accelerator pump feature and found out what are the best percentages to run with the butterflies out and the updated map?

From what i've heard the 006 gsxr 1000 has an "accelerator pump" setup from the factory.
Is this pc-III option for changing that? If so I didnt know the 10r had the same circuit.

if you have time go to the powercommander.com website and you can download the program for free. i just bought my powercommander for the zx10 and it offered the accelerator pump software on my disk. once you go to the website it explains that this feature is designed for ALL PCIII/USB'S so it is a universal software. i used the recommended settings that the article gave which is a 75% sensitivity, 20% fuel increase, and a 15 revolution cycle that the extra fuel is sprayed which helps to compensate for extra airflow when the engine is trying to run lean. i have noticed an extreme diffenence in how smooth the acceleration and gear shifting process is from previous. if any gets a chance to experiment with the pump feature let me know be because i'm really trying to find out if im getting a continuous spray one i pass the 75% sensitivity mark for the throttle position that way i know how to adjust the pump on the days i attend the track.

I have a PCIII USB. I have a custom map done by my tuner. Does custom mapping automatically include this option? If I do this it means custom map again?

no i wouldn't think because you can manually adjust the settings but to be on the safe side contact a dyno specialist for confirmation
