06 fuel tank same as 05 ??
Does anyone know if the 06 bikes fuel tank will fit to the 04/05 bikes ?
Did they make any changes to the design of the tank ??
Any words apreciated

You might want to check out the parts diagrams on the Kawasaki.com web site. The part number for the 1994-1995 fuel tank is #51083, while the fuel tank for 1996 is #51084. This doesn't mean the tank won't fit, of course, just that they're different part numbers and are not the same tank. Note that some of the related bolts and other parts (the fuel cap, for instance) are the same part number and thus are interchangeable between 1994/1995 and 1996. The only way to find out for sure is to find a friend who'd be willing to let you borrow their fuel tank.

Glad to be of help - the parts diagrams on the Kawasaki.com site are an awesome resource that everybody should know about. I've used it to great benefit in the past to make sure I get the exact part I'm looking for. Good luck with the tank swap.

04 -05-06 tanks will all interchange we have done this on our race bikes without any problems.
