YAAAYYYYY!!!!! DYNO NUMBERS!!!!
With allk the mods listed below my bike made 146.4hp on our factory pro dyno which we add 18% to that # to equal a dynojet # which would be 172.75hp : :deathmeta
My mods are:
"2004 Orange ZX-10r. Mods: Yosh Full system with a wicked TRC pipe (race) BMC race, Velocity stacks, Power Commander, Dynojet Quick Shifter, Kawi intake race cam and head gasket, degreed to 105/103 muzzy dry nitrous kit. Puig black double bouble, flushmounts, integrated tail, bar ends. GPR steering stabilizer, Brocks lowering strap mounting brackets, lowering strap, Vortex Lowering links, 0, 1.5, 2.5. Best time at the track 10.1@142 completely stock, lowered 2.5 rear 2 front and strapped"
and the power didnt fall off at all at 13k rpm. Heres a copy of my dyno sheet.
First one is the regualr step test, the more accurate test, second and third sheet are sweep tests which are off like .04 hp or so but you can defintly see the power thats there!

Also we put my buddies 06 ZX-14 up on the dyno, completely stock with about 600 miles on her with a hard break in. She made 167 rear wheel. We put JUST a muzzy full system and it gained 11 horse power jsut with the regular stainelss/stainless system with the round aluminum pipe! Also shavd off 26 lbs over the stock system (each muffler weights 15 lbs!!!) That sucker is flying! also it had aroudn 80 ft lbs I think plus the 18% woudl equal around 94 or so hp but that biek is jsut sick! Oh we removed the air filter one more run, it made 4 more horse!!!

This is what I got 165.56 RWHP @ 82 lbs of torque in 80 degree F. I picked up 12 rwhp from baseline with a dirty air filter.
IXIL dual exhaust www.ixil.com
BMC filter
Emissions taken out
Installed block of plates on valve cover
PCIII USB
Custom Mapped by Lee's Performance in San Diego.
I was going to put V stacks but the shop told me that the stock is better so I did'nt bother. I thinking about going 520 chain kit in the future.
