Now I wonder just how easy it would be for the Police to tap into that information in real time or track your movements/speed ect and just send you a nice little letter.
It was hinted overhere that the Government was trying to make these devices mandatory on motorbikes to "protect us if we had an accident" and if the bike went over on its side they would know where we were so they could send help. Bullshit!
It was also noted that insurance companies could have access to this information in the event of a claim giving them details on location, speed, time all very convenient.
I also live in a state where the government wants to reintroduce front number plates on bikes because 8% of us were evading speed camera fines! Don't worry about the more than 18% of cars doing the same, estimated cost to do this $14 million.
How about having a $50 levy on your rego for each bike you have to supposedly make the roads safer for riders? more bullshit, my bike rego is as much as my car a V8 so go figure.
I think it's great that you now know where the cameras are I just hope it doesn't turn around and bite you on the ass!
