How to tighten throttle play?

My throttle play is a bit too much. After riding over time it has grown a little. It is close to 1.5 to 2.0 centimeters and I would like it a little less. I know there must be some throttle play in the grip, but I have plenty of room to tighten it and still leave a few millimeters. Anyone have all the detailed steps?

It's in your manual. There are two places to adjust it, one right next to the throttle and the other just below your right fairing. I don't have my manual handy or I'd post the specific steps. Sorry.

I used the adjustment under the rightside fairing....it works well, remember you need to leave a little bit of play in the throttle, but just a little

Also make sure you check slack at full left & right extent of steering lock.
