stainless steel. muzzys is out of the brake line business, im going to go spiegler when i get my new 10r because spiegler lets you pick what color you want your lines to be. stainless steel braided is the same in all the lines.

I have Galfer on my 10R, and Goodridge on my 636. I can't attribute a difference to the lines. Though, the radial MC on the 6R kicks ass...

BTW, how's Sherm these days?

Galfers SS lines.....I have used the goodridge as well.......I finally got the brakes on my 10 to where I liek them. They were the worst I had ever had on a stock bike.....I now use the Braking sintered pads, Galfer SS lines, and Motul RBF600 fluid.....and Pazzo Racing shorty levers....and they work very well now....

I just converted the 6r MC over to the 10r and i gotta tell ya its da bomb f'sho. Its a straight up swap using 6r ss-lines & Pazzo shorty lever.

Yea me too.
I bled the system again today with little if any noticable diff in lever firmness or travel but i wanted to do it a 2nd time before winter set in. I managed to get the 6r MC off ebay for a song ($85) and added the 6r lines and pazzo shorty lever.

I wrote a lil' piece on the Gafler Superbike lines. Kinda pricey, but I love 'em. A plus is that by using the OEM master cylinder, you won't have half the difficulties I had using the Brembo.

I have a used set of zx10 superbike galfer lines for sale. $45.00 and they will come with new crush washers. never used for racing, so they haven't seen much heat.
I took them off due to upgrade to the zx636 05 radial master. shoot me a E-mail if anyone wants them!

for the most part yes. The brake light connection is the same, the MC itself fits the clip-on bar the same. The routing of brake lines is different so spend a little time with that to ensure nothing gets pinched while going full lock in both directions.

The 636 master works perfectly HDL Big Daddy and myself both are useing them with 0 problems. 100% better brakes and I still have stock pads. I wanted to be sure the master made my system better and not better pads so I waited to change the pad till later. I'm thinking the pad will net a little better brake still. NOT much but a little.

Hooked up my 636 master last weekend and it is far better than stock. Firm lever feel about sums it up. I know I'll be coming into the turn slower till I get to the brake power. you do need to double check the clearance from the faring to the lever when the bars are turned full left.
