Is it just me???
Is it just me or did anyone else feel a power boost after they hit 3000 miles. I just turned it and I swear it feels more powerful. Hmmm

hmmmm might have to get the 10 up on the Dyno, she just rolled 6k in miles, I am curious to see how she pulls on the dyno. I am guessing but the seat of the pants dyuno I would say about 150-155. I know that seems high, but it out pulls my brothers GSXR 1k in all gears and his is 154 on the dyno.

What seemed funny, is that it is like the ECU made a change, it didn't seem gradual, more all of the sudden like. One day it was under 3000, and I wasn't riding it hard (rolling down the freeway) and then the next day >3000 and the thing feels more powerful.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I am a firmware engineer, and if I were writing code for a engine management system, I may well have "way points" in the code to change things as the engine was breaking in. That is the beauty of ECUs, you can do things like that.
