Sunstar Brake rotor carriers!!!!!??
I was changing my oil today and noticed that the stock brake rotor carriers are "Sunstar" units. Whilst changing oil I also noticed that my stock fan was melted a bit so i guess I will go fer a Muzzy aluminum piece! Anyone else melted their fan too! Any experiences with the Muzzy fan?
Must be gettin bored..............not much else to discuss anymore!
Wife cut me off too

I installed the Muzzy fan on my 10. It's a real pain to get in there but can be done. I'm still amazed I was able to get it installed without bending any fins. Overall, the thing I notice is that the fan seems to slow how fast the engine heats up. But it doesn't cure the stratospheric temps my bike will see if I sit in stop and go traffic. I think wiring a manual toggle switch for the fan will help as I think the fan needs to come on earlier to stay ahead of the increasing engine temps.

LOL. I've never been called fat before or have been told I had fat fingers.
Anyways, I think that rattling is the heat insulator that goes between the fan and the fan motor. If it's any consolation, mine does it too.
