EICMA Show @ the Fiero Milano - November 15 - 20 (15th is press day).
Paris Show is indeed October 1 - 9.

EICMA is motorcycle only and is the "official" Euro debut of '06 production bikes to the public. It's "the" show. Essentially, EICMA is the equivlant to the IFMA in Munich (now moved to Koln for next year). The IFMA is considered the world's largest trade show for motorcycle and the holy grail.

The Paris show is for "2 Wheels" and includes bicycle. That show is really weak (IMHO). The bicycle manufactures, especially the low end "copy" vendors really dillute the quality of the show. I've never been or displayed there. I would assume the '06 models would be there, but I'm not completely sure.

Are you sure this show will take place? There has been one in 2004 and it's every 2 years, so not this year?

The German show is no longer in Munich. It moved to Koln (where it was from originally). It takes place in 2006. It's always taken place every 2 years for as long as I can remember.
Essentially as an industry, we display in Germany one year, Italy the other.

unfortuantely inaccurate. looks like the xx has been dropped for 2006 (i can't find it listed on their site anymore) and the 1000 did NOT go to a V5.
