Video: V-Rod beats an R1 at the drag strip

I dont believe it....i dont see a stock Vrod beating a Stock R1......I have ridden the Vrod stock and modified, I dont think they are that fast
Myrtle beach bike week on the dyno drags I beat my buddies Vrod with stage 1 kit and Samaon exhaust on it...with my ZX6RR with nothing but a K&N filter and micron exhaust........the dyno takes out the wheelie factor, but.......

I just tried it and it still works. Try right clicking on the link, and choosing 'Save Target As...' and saving it to your hardrive before watching it.

...it shows that the VRod ran a 10.815/125.01 to the R1's 11.447/127.58...really???...wow...I couldn't really tell from the video what kind of bikes they were...

you sure that wasnt an R6???...Its clear that the guy on the Yamaha was a beginner and the guy on the v-rod a Pro...

Whats up with the editing of the run???...They take off close, you see the edit in the tape, then see the v-rod way out in front...Hmmm...

i dont see no edit, just the camera zooming out. i'd say the most liekly explanation is it's a really good rider on the vrod (i imagine 10.8 is about the very best u could get out of a stock HD, tho i kinda question whether that could really be stock), and i've read plenty of new draggers only get 11s out of their 12R's.

Seems like the R1 was sleepin and/or spinnin on the start.
Seems pretty safe ta say that no STOCK V-Rod is gonna run 10.8's.
