- Staged Electronic Boost Control
- All Stainless Steel Race Style Header and Exhaust
- EFI Engine Management System with Optional Closed Loop
- Muzzys Forged Turbo Pistons

Rob Muzzy and Bikeland sit down for a chat...

The chopped exhaust helps give this ZX-10R a striking, understated, appearance. 500HP? Cant wait to see what's next!

Let's see a pic of that chopped exhaust.
It needs Dino's mirrors on it now.

it will go around corners, as far as I can tell the suspension and all is stock, and we all know a stock 10 corners just fine.
The exhaust dumps behind the fairing so you really cant see anything except the air filter sticking out the side of the lower fairing. Its a very clean set up and whould not, IMO, be a fun ride in its current form. But with some extensions and the proper set up would be a great straigh line bike.
I would liek to see a more De-tuned version of the the kit, that would put the bike somewhere near 250 RWHP. That I believe would be an absoulte blast to ride......
Only thing I have to say is when can I get the 250HP version????

The dump pipe looks great! some added style was thought with the flared ends and length instead of just a chop cut and sticking out several inches.
Any pics of the plenum?
Stock rods and tranny and 500hp?

The most heavily modified bikes in the world (motoGP) have insanely built cases, specialty cranks, the maximum piston velocity physically possible, insane compression ratios, millions of dollars and hundreds of hours of intake and exhaust work, and still only produce HALF of that hp figure. Granted a turbo can boost hp significantly, but you also must consider that stock cases, even those built for turbos, can handle about 8-16 psi, which will not double the effective displacement of the bike. Id love to see the dyno sheet, because my simple mind just doenst seem to figure out how there can be 500hp. Now 250hp, that I would believe.

It's all about boost. If you want reasonable hp, engine life, and ride-ability, you run less boost. Nobody said you could RIDE it wiith that much HP, only that it would PRODUCE that much if you wanted it to! I personally think about 250 or so with a little length added to the arm will be perfect. I'll let you know.....

What a beautiful bike, can't wait to read about it. Great work Muzzys.
Beans there's probably a dozen 30+ psi Busa motors making close to 600hp with the stock cases and living. All the shootout bikes run stock cases. Steve Rice's ZX11 must've made around 600 on stock cases.

Very interesting... I ride with a gentleman with a Muzzy Turbo on his ZX12R.
He has a pretty substantial amount of motorwork as well.
His Turbo ZX12R creates a little over 300hp.
I find it hard to believe that there has been no circulated reports of a ZX12R getting close to 500hp.... much less a big hp ZX10R.
The highest reported ZX10R hp numbers I've seen to date are 307rwhp.... and that was with a lot of work.
Just does not sound logical.
It could be possible, but not very probable.
Just my 2 cents.
FYI...
The dyno sheet above is from my bike at 10psi... not the infamous 140mph front tire smokin Turbo Busa that everyone knows from the video.
That's the handy work of SuperKaos and SKII.
