scotts damper install?

Hey all.
I was just wondering if you came across any tricks or tips that would be handy to know before installing this thing.
From reading the insructions that came with it looks alot more involved then I though.
Thanks in advance

Yeah, don't open a beer before you start. You won't have time for more than two sips before the thing is installed. Seriously, it's stupid simple. swft could install it.

Bovine would need a 'qualified mechanic' He has trouble with the toilet seats at the Greyhound Bus Station where he does his best work...

it didn't look difficult till I looked at those damn instructions!!!!!
Last time I do that :-)

As far as the beer we have a way of admiring things as we go.
So with the amount of bolts on that thing we cold drag it out for an hour...
I'm sure....
Thanks

The instructions are clear. They may lack torque specs for some of the smaller bolts and set screws. Don't go overboard tightening them, and do use the threadlocker. I opened the box one evening just to size it up and 20 minutes later it was on. I would have had swft over to help, but he was busy searching the restrooms at the Greyhound station.
