question about green paint
hey, some guys on another site are talking about how they think the 05 green has changed just a bit, i tolod them they were crazy but just wondering if anyone (xl) might knowfor sure, just trying to back up what i said, thanks guys

As far as I have heard, it is still Kawasaki Lime Green on the 05's. Don't know why Kawi would tweek their signature color at all.

XL would know for sure.. it is possible that the green has changed slightly... 05 10R and 636's are sitting on my dealer's floor.. have been for weeks now.. I'll give em a call when they're open and find out..

The painted parts have different part numbers, according the to Kawasaki parts list. That would tend to make me think that something is different. So what gives XL? Inquiring minds want to know.

The 05 green is definately different it is slightly lighter if you look back on all the Kawi greens they have changed between the years, you will also notice that the ZX10R ( decal ) is now red not Gold!

hey fish, heard anything from xl? i tried calling the "woman" who might know but she was buisy. go figure, any way, i would like to let my guys know over at the other site, thanks for the parts info, the green is probibly different, would just like to know for sure, thanks guys

That is what my friendly local dealer said. They got one in yesterday.

talked to the "wo" man at kawi this afternoon. the green IS different from 04 to 05 and fish, "J" says hi
