Someone correct if i'm wrong but me thinks the 04 CBR has an OEM radial pump.

ZX - IMHO, you seriously under value the radial master cylinder and might be giving wave rotors a tad more value then they deserve. Personally, I'd give up the wave rotors and even the radial calipers for a radial master cylinder.
Wave rotors might offer great benefits in extreme conditions, but in "normal" applications, the difference between wave rotors and conventional rotors is minimal at best. A radial master cylinder does not require extreme circumstances to illustrate it's benefits. As a matter of fact, it is in these conditions that the radial master cylinder smokes all comers of alternate configurations.
Wave rotors and radial calipers have obvious benefits, just as braided lines and performance brake pads. All the same, it is the master cylinder that uses and controls all of these components and it is that very aspect of control the puts the radial master cylinder as the most dramatic improvement that can be made to a motorcycle... bar none.
As for wanting a black 10R in '05, tell 'em to call thier local paint and bodyshop. That too should be cheaper than a set of wave rotors,

You're right it has a radial master, the 10R is about the only supersports bike not equipped with a radial master in '05

redelk, I know people shouldn't assume things but I get the impression that you think that the wave rotors are only an advantage under extreme braking. And riders better than I am have reported superior braking under severe conditions with wave rotors. However, wave rotors have beneficial advantages in ride and handling to standard brake rotors. They have less rotational mass which makes the ZX10 easier to turn, improving handling at all speed ranges. In addition, if all other factors are equal, less rotational mass will offer marginally better acceleration and deceleration. And last but not least, the lower unsprung weight of the wave rotors improves handling at all speeds. I admit that I have not tried a radial pump on my 10. Maybe I will, someday. But I am not willing to trade my wave rotors for a radial brake master cylinder. Obviously you would be.
