I put mine on the other day and ran into problems. Mainly my fault I took the whole dam sub-throttle off and your not supposed to do that , just loosen only and adjust downward. According to the kawi manaul, the sub-throttle is factory set and can not be adjusted so make sure you mark the original location if you want to take the TRE out later(mine had factory white markings). After I installed the Sub-throtle and TRE I started the bike and the darn thing Idled really high for about a minuite and then normalized. I am not sure if its because I took the whole Sub-throttle out which screwed with the adjustment or not. So took it for a ride on the freeway and it did seem to have better throtle response with no loss of power in any gear but I could not live with that high idle on start-up so I took the TRE out and am now trying to sell it. Hopefully you have better luck. One more thing, you better have the T25 tork security type driver(the one with the hole in the middle) before you start the installation.

Just follow the installation to a tee. Especially when messing with the sub-throttle sensor and you should have no problems. Good luck
