Anyone seen the new "Pearl Moama Red" in person?
I was stoked to hear Kawi was going to do the 10R in red for 2005 (I'm buying one in the spring), but the pictures I see online look more orange than red. Anyone seen it in person? If it turns out to be orange, I'm going to be upset that I didn't grab a black one while I still could. Red is my first choice tho.....if it is actually red instead of orange.

yes, I have.. .I'll post some pix when I get back.. it's a bizarre orange/red/pink color.

Looks different that the pics I've seen so far. Is the color on the 6 called "Pearl Moama Red"?
And what the heck is a Moama anyway?

KB does it help to get under the paint when you are on the dyno? In regards to the color, is it similar to the 04 R1 red?

I saw it, I liked it. It's VERY RED.
Although, I did not see it in sunlight and sometimes that makes a difference.

What color are the lil flakes in the paint? Is that the "pink" your referring to?
I would like to see a nice Cobalt Blue paint scheme. Dark blue during the day, and it looks jet black at night. That would be suuuweeet....
Since Kawi took the red-orange idea from worm and I, we will see if they do the same for that cobalt blue....

zeta - no, I was just showing my extreme affection for the tiddler. It's definetly love at first sight...
Defining Color - I'd have to agree with Doug. I'd call it red at first glance. But itz unlike any other "red" I've seen. KMC definition is "Pearl Magma Red", which I would say sounds right. Itz got lots of flake in it, though they are too small to actually determine what color they might be. Itz really sweet.
This missing bottom fairing section (from the picture) is all black.
