Rattling at 3k - 4k rpm
Everyone who owns a 10R probably has experienced this rattling from 3-4k rpm. It happens especially on deceleration and sounds like some part of your fairing or connectors are loose.
I've read that some owners have taken this issue to their dealers and were informed that it is the fault of one wrongly installed shim on the high speed generator of the 10R.
Could someone be kind enough to clarify on this issue? Especially the faulty part and its part number so my local dealer can help out on this nagging problem.
Thanks a bunch!

Mine was annoying as hell when I was breaking the bike in but I can't notice it lately... It's possible that I don't spend much time at 3-4K rpm anymore.

LoL that could explain the sudden disappearance of the rattles.
