Engine stalls out
I was out riding after work for about an hour and a half. Nearing the end of my ride I was on a highway all by myself so I decided to give it full throttle as far as I could. I got into 6th and took it up to 167 indicated then slowed back down to 80mph (feels like 30 after that) then as I am going at a steady speed it just dies out no fuel injection light or anything I hit the throttle and nothing. I pull in the clutch and tach goes out. I coasted over to the shoulder and I restarted it with no problem. I get off at the next exit (the one I needed). Its fine for about a mile then it did the same thing again and still no fuel injection light. This time I was going around a turn so I figured I should check the fuel level. Its good 1/2 tank it starts right up and no more problems for 6 miles to home. I have a BMC air filter (street) and a PC III and I run the updated stock map. Any info would be apreciated thanks.

Take the PC III out of the loop to find out if its the culprit...then shoot from there.
