Muzzy Frame Slider Install
Thought maybe some of the peeps getting ready to install their Muzzy Frame Sliders on their ZX10Rs would appreciate some pics to go along with the instructions.
Installation Notes
Remove the fairing lower and left and right side fairings
Remove the left and right front engine mount bolts
NOTE: Do not disturb the locking clllar on the right side bolt
The longer bolt is from the right side.

Remove the nut from the left side of the middle engine mount cross bolt.

Re-position the left fairing mount bracket and fairing seal. (Loosen the front bolt and move it out of the way.)

Insert the long slider mount tube into the mount bolt well on the right side and re-insert the mount cross bolt. You may need to turn the bolt slightly to engage the hex on the bolt in the mount bushing inside the frame.

Insert the shorter slide mount tube into the well on the left and thread onto the cross bolt. While holding the bolt witha hex key on the right and using a 30mm socket, tighten the mount tube onto the cross bolt. Torque to 33lb ft (44n-m). You will not use the stock nut.

Attach the round slide blocks to the mount brackets with the supplied 10 x 25mm allen screws (use 8mm allen wrench) Orient them correctly by placing the two mount brackets against each other with the small allen clamp screws pointing down. You should have one slide sticking out to the left and one to the right. Use of a non-permanent thread locking compound is recommended.
Slide the slider mount brackets over the mount tubees. The heads of the small allen clamp screws point down. Do not tighten the clamps yet.
Take the stock front mount bolt you removed from the RIGHT side and use it to secure the LEFT side slider assembly (replace the fairing mount bracket at this time as well). Torque to 33lb ft

Use the supplied 10 x 80 mm engine mount bolt and secure the right side slider assembly.

Tighten the small allen screw pinch bolts on the mount tubes. (use 4mm allen wrench)
Replace fairing

Nice write up. Better than the write up I did a while back. The only thing I would add is that you may need to tap in the long slide mount tube with a hammer and a block of wood. I had to on mine. Also for some reason, I didn't need to remove the left fairing mount bracket.
