Yah, talked with Doug last week and he told me. Would be a spanking deal, all the mods for the price of stock.

I don't think so...

The guys that put that motor together could build it better than stock in their sleep...

Sounds like a decent deal, would need more info though see when the last rebuild was and how fresh the clutch was, but besides that not shabby

Ok; a 55 gal drum of MR9 will do with a new clutch and 5 sets of rear tires....

This bike, like all the 600's we sold at the end of their seasons, is delivered to the buyer right off the track at the last race at Gainesville. That way there is no doubt as to the performance potential or the legality. You get the championship winning bike, just as it won the championship. They are usually fresh just before that race.

I am nursing my first clutch still ;am on my third tire tho CrotchRocket.

Been to the drag strip twice. But to demonstrate good faith I will accept a 55 gal. drum of MR9, four new clutches and just "three" new rear tires of my choice lol.

I am a reasonable man.....

Salsa, what track to you go to?...Do they use VHT to make the track sticky???...Dont need big ProStock style burnouts for a streetbike...I use 1 tire a season of about 200 passes, and do 4 second burnouts at 6000rpm...The tracks I frequent are well preped...

That 55 gal. drum of MR9 saves alot of $$$...lol...

I go to Thunder Valley ;Marion SD. I just go a few times here and there ;I used up first two tires riding on the street; Dunlop 218 expired at 1800 miles and a Dunlop 208ZR at 4300 miles; lots of spin on the streets.

Now I purchased/mounted a MCR radial (DOT) shootout rear tire from Mickey Thompson to get some good launches at the strip.

I will be happy if I get 1500 miles. Just have to take it easier on the streets if I want to make tires last longer in general....No big deal ;its been affordable fun.

Dont know if they use VHT at strip ;could ask I suppose.

200 launches sounds like an awful lot to me for one tire; I don't believe guys doing 9's or better get that many at Marion.

Have fun; congratulations on your championship win.
