Transporter Sighting
Just got back from riding the ZX-10R on some back roads in Montgomery County, Maryland (approximately 25 miles north of D.C.). In the small hamlet of Comus, Maryland (population 75, maybe) sits the following hardware in the driveway of a private residence:
** 2 Honda Racing 18-wheel transporters (same trucks I saw in the Pits at Daytona this year).
** Team Honda Chapparal Transport truck
** Honda Element, Honda Odyssey, in team Honda Racing colors.
This raises the obvious question: What the heck is all this hardware doing in the middle of nowhere, especially if the transporters are filled with the racebikes from the recent testing at Virginia International Raceway?
