Arata full system info.

It is time for a full titanium system on the 10 and was wondering about the Arata pipe. Has anybody had one installed. Did it fit correctly? Can you still access the drain plug and filter? Dyno graphs? Still debating between the Ti Force, Akro, Arrow, Sato or Muzzy. And what about the Micron Serpent system? Any real world info on that pipe? Is there any package deals out there one these pipes and PC3USB? Thanks in advance. And what the heck is this Bump?

there are a few guys on here tha thave installed a Arata system, i rode with a guy on the track that had one on his 10 and it sounded tough. As far as your tech questions I dont know. I know that I will be running the Micron Serpent on my 10 when i get the cash. I had the Micron on my 6RR nad it sounded very good, and gave fairly good HP as well....the 03 ZX6RR with a Micron system and a K&N filter gave me 110 HP at the wheels, which was up 7 HP. Prolly could have gotten a few more HP out of the bike with a PC and a good map. The thing I like about the Micron is that after a good spirited ride, if you touch teh can its not gonna burn you...it will be hot, but the canister isnt so hot as to make you regret touching it. I am not sure if there are any other cans out there like that, I know the Muzzy systems I have had would burn the shit out of ya if you touched them....but they make more HP....nad are lighter.....

war my plan right now is to get all of the equipment that I am going to bolt on the bike this winter and then do one day of adding parts and putting it on the dyno. My goal right now is to add a full Micron system, BMC race flters, PCIIIUSB, Bear Stacks (if he produces them, I know he has a prototype), the thinnner head gasket, and and Ignition advance, but I will run a moderate advance of about 3 or 3.5 degrees.

Then I would like to lighten the rear rotor, and put a 520 conversion on the bike to see what kind of difference in rotating mass will net me in HP...

The plan anyway, money and time will be the limiting factors....that much dyno time isnt cheap, and I dont know anyone that has one, so I have to pay for it....maybe I can take it to Kevin and see if he can work me some kind of deal through SMW.....hate to put him on the spot like that....so if anyone out there in the KY or TN area has acess to a Dyno and is willling to help a brother out.....lol
