240 @ Bonneville

I just read that Joe Amo just made a return pass @240 on a ZX10 at Bonneville.

Anyone got any details/pics/links?

Anything?

Just "a modest turbo setup".

No spray.

Thatz awesome! I would think to do 240 @ Bonneville would take a pretty big hp number wouldn't it? Maybe Doug (Meyer) can expand upon....

Where was he hiding his body , It would be interesting to see some kind of pics of the 10 at that speed.I bet the 10 looked like a bullet ,small and fast.

Joe's bike is a ZX-10 (early 90's vintage) with a ZX-12 style fairing. He's a Bonneville veteran and does a tremendous job with his bike. In the past he always ran N2O, but maybe he went turbo this year.....
