Recall?

If they are going to recall our rims what about getting a new tire too. I was always told it was not the best idea to reuse a tire after it's bead was broken. Is this something else to stress about. What if you dont trust the dealer where you bought the bike from to do a proper install?

But is there still some truth to the tire being stressed. I would rather fork over some cash for a safe tire.

how many miles on your old one? I'll take it ... does that mean the tire isnt safe because they had to mount it on the rim and it stressed the tire in the mounting process? Honestly this is the first time I have ever heard this theory.
