Anyone hit the rev limiter in 6th yet?

So.... thought comes to mind.. .is there REALLY some sort of a speed limiter on this bike or not? Has anyone (on the road.. NOT a dyno) topped this bike out in 6th and hit the rev limiter? If so.. what was your indicated speed? (on the speedo)

No. I still need my license, and the local tracks are not big enough.

Have done 285kph(with speedohealer corrections), kept going back to 280 then 284, 85. Didnt feel the limiter though like I have in 1st or 2nd.

The speedo locks out at 189...With 2 teeth down on the front..You reach this speed(Nowhere close to real speed) in around 5 gear. The speedo is WWWAAAAYYYYY off at this speed. My gsxr 1k locks out at 187(I think)...LPS

I can't get her past 189 mph on the speedo. Whats the deal. Damn kz2zx you need to trade your 10r in for moped. I've made several runs. Going to put the race gasket on this week and try again. I already have Ti Force , PC3R, Bmc race filter and up 13 from stock. I will put some U4 in her and the gasket and if they doesnt work????????

Fattkaw we actually do in the middle of the state where I live. Now the mountains is a different story. Ever heard of the maxton mile? Where are you going to go? The gap?

The maxton mile is where they do landspeed racing. You know the 200 mph club. My 2002 ZX12R didnt' have a problem but seems the 10R does. I just got back from the gap and I stayed at Fontana village. Next time Im staying elsewhere to far out from decent food. I don't care for the gap to much I dig the cherohala skyway. Man that is the shit. Check me out! www.photoreflect.com/scripts/prsm.dll?cart I didnt' know at first what they were doing. Last time I got a picture of me taking I got a ticket in the mail.... When you going Fattkaw????????????
