To pc3 or not to pc3?

I live at 4500 feet, and was wondering if I installed a bmc filter and full exhaust if I would need a pc3 to compensate for the amount of air in and out? I figured that since it's running leaner here than at sea level the stock pc should be able to handle it. I know, of course, that installing a pc3 would help.

my opinion is this...if you are going to spend the money on a full exhaust, and good filters, why not get the PC to get the most out of them?
