10R got new suspenders
Just got thru dialing in my traxxion dynamics prepped forks
& penske 3-way w/ Ti spring. Threw on an olhins steering damper & this beast tracks like it was on rails. No more headshakes on hard acceleration. No more getting my butt kicked out of the seat on sharp bumps. Picked up 10 to 20 mph in the fast sweepers. Always built the motor & sacrificed the Boingers. Never again. Has anybody done anything similar? Would like to know how their results.
Will post pics ASAP

I picked up the Penske 3-way w/Ti spring thru Lindemann Engineering. The got me for $1153.00 incl. shipping.Traxxion Dynamics fork Superbike set-up was $739.00 As for as verifing the better corner speed . I like to check my corner speed via the speedo at certain points & I make notes of that speed. Each time I run a particular road I recheck my speed at same point. After dialing in the suspenders correctly, I hit these backroads. The entrance & exit were up quite dramatically. I repeated it several times with the same results. I then took a little jam with a buddy of mine who has also has a ZX-10 & we were always pretty close. I left him be a substantial margin. He was not too happy.Best money I have ever invested in any bike I've ever owned.

One more thing I raised the forks 5mm in the trees & have left the rear ride height stock for know. I may play around alittle more with that in the near future.

Suspension is money well spent!!! Even if you get bored with the stock hp...lol
Did you have to change the spring rate in the forks? Did TD just do some valving?

Did the full monty on forks! Went w/their heaviest spring(I'm 235lb) & revalved compression & rebound. They sent the forks preset to what they said would be spot on. They were pretty close , I just took 1 line off the preload & I was spot on. With the Penske, Lindemann sent it perfect for hard street jamming. I fiddled around with it but it was perfect just the way they sent it. The nice thing about both set-ups is how easy you can change the feel for different types of riding. I could make this Bike feel like a Gold Wing if I wanted to take a nice easy cruise for a couple of hundred miles. Dont see that happening anytime soon. Or set it up perfect for the track after a couple of laps to dial in right.

Ohlins steering damper was the last of the 3 upgrades that went on. Tremendous improvement in stability. My biggest grievence w/o it was the nasty headshake on full-tilt acceleration. Ohlins recommends 10 clicks out from full stiff & again perfect! I tried 11 clicks out & the bars would wag about 2 or 3 times then settle down. 9 clicks out made the steering feel a little too heavy.
